The Philosophy Club
The Philosophy Club (known at various points in its history as 鈥淭he Symposium鈥�) is aimed at aiding students in academic achievement and the cultivation of philosophical understanding, at fostering fellowship among students interested in philosophy, and sponsoring activities that encourage philosophical pursuits at 91果冻制片厂. All 91果冻制片厂 students with an interest in philosophy are welcome to participate regardless of their major.
In past years, the club's activities have included talks, movie screenings and discussions, trips to conferences, and trips to other events (e.g., plays and arts events with philosophical themes).
The Symposium sponsored Geist - A Student Journal of Philosophy.
