Background: I am an international graduate student from Nepal pursuing a masters degree in Biomedical Engineering. I came to the United States right after my high school for further education. I attended DeAnza and Foothill college before I transferred to 91果冻制片厂. I received my undergraduate degree here in Chemistry conc. in Biochemistry. I have been a part of 91果冻制片厂 as both a student and as an employee for more than 5 years now. 

Career Interest: Working as a student support specialist is important to me for I value the opportunity to mentor, guide, and support fellow students through their academic journeys. I enjoy working at Peer Connections because I find fulfillment in creating a welcoming and resourceful environment where students feel empowered to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. My dedication to higher education stems from a belief in lifelong learning and its transformative impact in life. 

Hobbies and Interest: Beyond academia, I am a hotelier, balancing my passion for hospitality. I am involved in clubs on campus like acapella singing, golf, and love playing percussion like drums and cajon in my church. I have varying levels of fluency in Nepalese, Hindi, English, Spanish, and enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Fun Fact: I can sing songs in multiple languages and have been learning Mandarin for past year and half.
