Offered degree programs include Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science and Bachelor
of Science in Packaging. Concentrations including Applied Nutrition and Food Sciences,
Dietetics, and Food Management are available within the Nutritional Science BS program.
Designed to meet the needs of the student who has a baccalaureate degree and who wishes
advanced preparation in nutrition science, nutrition education, geriatric nutrition,
food service/restaurant management, and packaging.
The Spartan Accelerated Graduate Education (SAGE) Scholars Program in Nutritional
Science is a combined bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 program. Students in this program pursue
a bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degree simultaneously.
Designed to compliment many majors, the department offers three 15-unit minors including
Nutrition for Physical Performance, Nutrition and Food Science, and Packaging.
Available to 91果冻制片厂 students from the programs Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science,
Concentration in Dietetics or Master of Science in Nutritional Science.
